We will always try our best to meet the demands of all the customers. Whenever a dispute comes up, we are willing to handle it properly with you. Here are the situations that may cause disputes:
- ITEM NOT RECEIVED:
Delivery on the way:
►Parcel seized by customs: It is buyer's duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice).
►Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If the status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local DHL/Fedex to check it for you, at the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us until the parcel is delivered successfully.
►If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused.
►If the parcel is sent to a wrong address or lost by the shipping company, we can resend the parcel to you or offer you a refund.

We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions.
►Customized items: We don't support any return for customized items without any quality problem( such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on), please note.
►If you want to return it Within 15 days, Please keep the item in original condition, items have been used or washed is not allowed to return anymore.
►We will add notes to your order before package being returned, so please do not return the parcel before contacting us. Do pay attention you are supposed to pay the shipping fee.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Attention: Although we try to get your hair to you as fast as possible, please don’t order hair less than 48 hours before you need it ! It's always best to give yourself at least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.
We don't process orders on Sunday.( Shipping companies all close on Sunday. Please choose the right shipping method with concern after Friday.)
Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales & holidays.
Discounts cannot be applied or changed after you've made your purchase.

Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after submit when phone number missing or Incomplete address. Longer than that, order will be cancled and money will be returned accordingly. So pls make sure that you leave correct shipping address and contact number when placing order.
